Managing Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, and Grief/Loss Utilizing Holistic Therapeutic Interventions (Mind, Body, and Spirit)
This 9-week powerful combination class series/therapy group has been developed by Maggie de Vera, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Holistic and Spiritual-Based Interventions (non-denominational), and other Psycho-therapeutic tools for Healing, Growth, Recovery, and Positive Change. This class is for anyone who struggles with anxiety, depression, addictions and/or grief/loss. This class is also beneficial if you have a loved one struggling with these issues and you want to know how to help.
After class, there will be an optional extended process group that will allow participants to further explore their experiences and receive additional therapeutic support. (This is in addition to the 9-week class series- and not required.)

• Cognitive Restructuring
Skills/Tools that you will learn and implement (including but not limited to):
- Skills training: coping, conflict resolution, communication, anger-management, boundary-setting, and self-care o Holistic Treatment Approach
- Spiritual-Based Interventions o Psycho-therapeutic tools/CBT
- Self-Hypnosis/Guided Visualization/Relaxation Techniques
- Energy awareness and management

$447 (Class size is limited, and enrollment will be on a first come-first serve basis with agreement to respect rules and boundaries.)
• Everyone is encouraged to bring a healthy food/drink to share during class, allowing for class bonding and increasing alertness and brain activity.
• Optional Process group: Mondays 7:45 (after class with 15 min. break in between)- $30 per each group session (this process group provides additional support to class participants but is not a requirement)
